We have a small bathroom that we are looking to renovate and need asbestos removed. We would like the walls and fixtures removed from the bathroom, leaving the floor and ceiling intact. We also have an adjoining cupboard and wall that we would like demolished to make room for storage. The house is currently empty but will have some furniture being moved in shortly. Specs for the bathroom: 177cm wide 262cm long 238cm high

I have a 4.5m x 3.0m garden shed Brand Easyshed to be installed on a concrete slab in Boondall

We need our business premises driveway water blasted . It is approximately 30metres long x 5 metres wide.

Install garden shed onto existing concrete slab (concrete bolts ordered in kit). Shed features a fibreglass skylight from OEM as part of kit. Rear wall and both ends have been assembled individually and have not been joined yet. Male client able to help.

The pergola gutters are leaking and need replacing OR WATERPROOFING. The leaking water has damaged the supporting wood. Not enough to replace everything, but there's an amount of carpentry work required to fix the 4 supporting wooden beams under the gutter. Can you help?

We are only somewhat flexible, need the job done between Friday 24 and Monday 27 May. This is a make-good job for an industrial space. To be demolished is a timber deck plywood and pine frame. Steel frame wall, lined with plywood one side, with  pine ceiling joists/ gyprock sheet. Lights and wiring will be removed prior to demolition. Includes removing the debris

Will need 2 or more people to do the assembly I think unless you are amazing. 😎 Please see pictures for the final shape, measurements and boxes it came in. Will need to be properly secured in the ground.

Looking for person to install shed doors today with pop rivots. Having difficulty and one may need to be cut down slightly. Estimate 1-2 hours Max by someone who knows what there doing

I've just demoed two things and need someone to take them away. 1) Timber stairs, standard timber internal stair enclosure. 2) Two large sheet metal garage doors. Each approx 2m wide, by 1.8m high. (I will update with exact measurements soon) I think you'll need at least a large trailer for the size of the garage doors. Today would be ideal, but Friday also works.

We have a small old deck at the back of our house, that we want to remove, and replace with a set of stairs, which would be a drop of 1.9m. Stairs will be approximately 0.9m wide, made of hardwood treads, with steel stringers (or cheaper option). Please include price for balustrade too. We can remove the old deck ourselves, so it's just the construction of the stairs were after. See badly drawn diagram in photos for more info.

1. We would like to know if the wall between the lounge and kitchen has a structural beam or not so we know our options for an open plan kitchen lounge area. Ceilings are vaulted. And if looking for smaller job we would like a quote for the following works 2. If the walls are not structural we would like a quote to remove walls and small section of normal roof (yellow area) to open kitchen and expose laundry ceiling to vaulted ceiling. Or 3.
